Memphis

For my mom's birthday my stepdad took us to see Memphis. I decided to dress with a little bit of vintage flair. I also did a cat eye using this tutorial. I also hot rolled my hair but like always it didn't stay in too long. I took a pretty costumey vintage dress and paired it with bright shoes and a modern jacket.
Dress- Vintage, Shoes- Philadelphia, Jacket- H&M, Bag- Marc by Marc Jacobs

I love this dress. The print is perfect and the length is great. The only problem is one sleeve keeps ripping. I may make it short sleeved so it won't happen again. If it were short sleeved I'd probably wear it more but it feels like hurting history. What should I do?

Love this look! That dress is so beautiful. Unless its really annoying don't cut the sleeves cause they add something different to the dress!

How was the show by the way?

Your hair looks lovely! :) I really like the sleeves on that dress. If only you could make them detachable in some way, then your problem would be solved! But they definitely are cute. But hey, it's your dress and if you would wear it more without the sleeves, then go for it!

This dress looks fantastic on you! I love the print and how you paired it with so many colors. Hmmmm, the sleeve issue does sound like a problem. I think it would be cute as a short sleeve though!
